At By Earth & Ocean, our goal is to create memorable outdoor experiences that inspire people to value the natural world. We believe that when people develop a genuine connection with nature, they are far more likely to care for and protect it.

That philosophy guides everything we do. Our tours operate under the relevant permits and approvals, and we work within the environmental conditions and operating requirements that help protect the natural areas we visit. Every experience is designed to be low impact, respectful of wildlife and the environment, and leave the places we explore as they were found for future generations.

We believe businesses that benefit from natural environments have a responsibility to help care for them.

By Earth & Ocean actively supports the maintenance and long-term sustainability of the trail networks we operate within through both financial contributions and volunteer involvement. We recognise that well-maintained, environmentally sustainable trails benefit not only our guests, but also local communities, recreational users and the surrounding environment.

Our commitment includes:

Providing financial support towards trail maintenance and development initiatives.
Contributing volunteer time to organised trail maintenance and improvement activities.
Supporting the work of the Cooloola Trail Care Alliance, helping maintain and improve sustainable mountain bike trails.
Promoting responsible trail use and encouraging guests to respect trail closures, seasonal conditions and environmental protection measures.
Working alongside land managers and community organisations to support the long-term sustainability of the Noosa Biosphere Trails and surrounding trail networks.
