We are a multi award winning family-owned business run in partnership with the Sunshine Coast’s largest bike hire and mountain bike skills provider, Bike On. We are driven by a profound enthusiasm to showcase Noosa in a unique light through a diverse selection of unique, interesting, professionally delivered and easily accessible “soft adventure” tours.
Our focus is on showcasing from a different perspective on the region and allowing you to discover amazing sights and experiences of Noosa that are often missed by those on holiday

Mel is another of our many highly qualified mountain bike coaches and guides. When she isn’t out on the trails coaching or taking a tour, she is in the workshop keeping the operations of the business on track and making sure we are all where we need to be!
Cindy
Cindy is the brains behind many of Bike On’s kids mountain bike programs and you will often find her running a lot of our by Earth and Ocean mountain bike tours
Paul
As the founder of By Earth and Ocean and with extensive experience in the tourism industry and a passion for all things outdoors, Paul heads up our tour operations. When he isn’t out showcasing the best of Noosa by bike or kayak, he’s developing new tour options.
MAtt
Matt is one of our senior guides responsible for delivering a wide range of kayak tours,
Issac
Issac loves to be outside… if he isn’t taking a kayak or bike tour, you’ll probably find him running one of Bike On’s kids mountain bike clinics
